Harbour Cottage
Situated within a short stroll of the Harbour, it is the latest of our holiday homes. A similar layout to Cromarty cottage with the addition of a large sunroom accessed from the lounge, and an extended main bedroom with a king-size bed offering a more room to relax.
Harbour Cottage, has a modern vibrant feel with zesty colours and a fresh design.
Entering directly into the lounge there is a large 3-seater comfortable sofa, single armchair and footstool. A central coffee table and TV. table with television.
A dining table set up for two, sits at the rear of the space, which extends for four to dine. A bright and airy room with open plan design, for relaxing, dining, daytime or evening.
Leading off the lounge to the new kitchen, which has been fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
A modern space with plenty of room to cook a meal or snack. There are ample pans, bowls crockery, glasses and sundries, for you to have a home from home holiday experience.

From the lounge you gain access to the large Sunroom, which has French doors onto the patio area. It is furnished with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs with a coffee table and lamps – a perfect retreat for the evening or a afternoon nap.
Bedroom one has fitted mirrored wardrobes, a king-sized bed, dressed in beautiful floral Joules bedding, and co-ordinating curtains and sumptuous cushions for your comfort.
A linen basket, drawers, hanging ceiling pendant lights and bedside tables completes this room.

The second bedroom has a nautical vibe with crisp navy and white Joules bed linen, comfy pillows and cushions. It has 3ft twin beds and a mirrored fitted wardrobe. A bright, light room suitable for adults or children to enjoy.
Such a lovely cottage in a super position. Quiet but near the marina. Spotlessly clean. The welcome pack also appreciated.
The bathroom has a low level walk- in shower (please note it has a 36cm narrow sliding door access), a sink and bathroom cupboard.
Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a small selection of complimentary toiletries for the beginning of your holiday.
Unlike hotels or apartments there is outside space to relax, enjoy the lovely sunshine, BBQ and with the bonus of free parking. Highly recommend.
