Cromarty Cottage
Cromarty is our original cottage and remains a firm favourite of our long standing Guests, who return year after year.
It is a south facing cosy space, furnished in warm soft tones, of gold’s and lilacs, cosy rugs and enhanced by plenty of cushions, lamps and Eastbourne memorabilia.
Couples or families have enjoyed this space for several years and with a recent refurbishment it is ready for the 2024 season.
The property offers guests the chance to enjoy the relaxing, bright lounge with two sofas, internet T.V. ,and Wi fi to keep you entertained, and make your holiday a getaway a ‘home from home’ experience.
A dining table seating four people sits in the kitchen, or a dining table on the patio with parasol available if you would like to dine outside on the patio.
To the front is a picket-fenced patio, with table, chairs and a bench, to enjoy a glass of wine or Al fresco dining.
Outside to the rear of Cromarty is a lawned area where you can take a little shade in the early afternoon if you wish.
You can separate yourselves for some quiet time by sitting in the front facing conservatory for a little down time, or a space for the children to relax.
Our well equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare full meals or snacks includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle and microwave. It also has a range of baking equipment for the leisure and home bakers amongst you.
The main bedroom is a cool double room with a double wardrobe, hangers, ample drawer space, hair dryer etc.
Best yet Absolutely the best self catering cottage we have been in, furnished and fitted like a quality hotel and immaculately clean. Setting standards for others to follow. Highly commended
This second bedroom is accessed from the lounge and has twin beds and wardrobe, with large drawer, hangers and hair dryer. This room sits just internally from the sunny conservatory where there are two comfortable chairs to relax in the evening warmed up by the sunshine of the day.
Towels and bedding are supplied along with hand towel, tea towel and a dishcloth, and a few complimentary sundries to start off your holiday.

Perfect I'm so pleased I found this property amongst the 1000s on Holiday lettings. Its been a perfect base for a couple of good days by the gorgeous coast here. I'm returning home with some colour in my cheeks and some cobwebs blown away. Stewart - you have been very helpful and the e-mails much appreciated. Cromarty Cottage is perfect -clean, modern, well equipped with everything you need for self catering. I'll be recommending it to friends and you never know - I may come back myself.
