Arrival days and durations

Normally Saturdays for 7 day stays, Friday and Saturday departing Sunday or Monday for weekend breaks, Monday to Friday for midweek breaks. All other days will be considered upon request. Sorry weekend and midweek breaks are not available during peak periods

Arrival / Departure

Cottages are available from 3:30pm. On departure please vacate by 10am so that we can service it prior to new arrivals. Other times only by prior arrangement. If you are arriving late at night please advise us.

Self Catering Reservations

Simply book via our website or contact us by telephone or e-mail for special dates and extended stay availability and rates.

Disabled clients
Very welcome at all of our properties and we will be pleased to assist wherever possible. We endeavour to make the cottages suitable for disabled clients however the cottages are unsuitable for guests permanently confined to a wheelchair. Please do not hesitate to seek advice at the time of booking if you require further information. 
Money Matters
Holiday prices
All published prices are based on commencement date. Cottages based on per unit. N.B. For durations in excess of 7 nights that cut across 2 different price bands, prices of both bands will apply for respective weeks.
Booking deposits

30% required within 7 days of booking. Upon receipt of your deposit (full payment please if booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival) a confirmatory letter and arrival instructions will be sent to you.

Balances

Required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques payable please to Eastbourne SC. Cheques cannot be accepted within 7 days of arrival. 

Cancellation charges over 27 days prior to arrival is loss of deposit: 

Remaining Bal to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival 

Cancellations between 2 and 6 weeks prior to arrival 50% loss of balance

Cancellations between 1and 14 days prior to arrival 100% loss of balance

Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Methods of Payment

Payment may be made via paypal, credit and debit cards, bank transfer or cheque.

Amendments

Should you wish to alter your arrangements, we will endeavour to meet any requirements however any costs may be charged.

Deposits on cottages

Clients may be asked to provide a credit card imprint/deposit on arrival. This will be cancelled/fully refunded on departure subject to any charges for breakages, loss and/or damage, and/or if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition resulting in higher cleaning costs.

Personal bedding, linen and towels

Bedding, tea towels and bathroom towels are included in all units

Late arrivals

The cottages have a digital keystore at the side of the front door, we will leave a key within and advise you of the code.

Dogs and other Pets

Unfortunately we are now unable to accept pets other than assistance dogs for the blind.

Advance booking required for assistance dogs- please indicate on booking form.

Loss/damage

We realise very occasionally accidents do happen. Please report any loss, damage or breakages to furnishings, equipment or facilities. Unless due to normal wear and tear, payment at cost may be charged.

Health and safety

We operate a no smoking policy within the bungalows. Ashtrays are provided for anyone wishing to smoke outside.

Conduct

The management reserves the right to decline acceptance of any booking and to expel anyone whose conduct is deemed to be detrimental to the park and the comfort of all other residents and guests.  We are sure this ruling can only prove beneficial for the vast majority of clients.
