If the electric runs out please press Button A on the meter within the hallway cupboard. This enables £3 of emergency credit. Please call us if you need help topping it up. 079999 88072 /3
Adding new credit
Upon arrival you should have sufficient credit for normal use, however, further credit can be obtained with rechargeable top up cards at values of £1, 5, 10, 20 and 50.
These are available from Kings Park reception and the vending machine outside. The machine accepts debit and credit cards only. Whilst purchasing you will need to allocate the payment to 18 Cromarty Walk.
Transferring the credit from the card to the meter

The cards work with RFID “contactless” technology; hold the new card against the top left hand corner of the meter to apply the credit. The cards come charged with a single use available, once the value has been transferred to the meter, the card itself can be retained for recharging within the reception office.
